Legal Rantings on SOPA

The SOPA law, in a roundabout way, can be construed as UNconstitiutional. Here I will explain why: the First Amendment protects FREE speech and FREE press, as an example; SOPA seeks to destroy fan fictions by considering them FELONIES because they use someone else's intellectual property "without giving credit" to the original creator. AS IF!!!! The fan fiction as it is known, is, a form of Press PROTECTED BY THE FIRST AMENDMENT!!!! This law, if passed would clearly be unconstitutional.

Dear Supreme Court Justices,

Please declare SOPA UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

Rantings on SOPA

SOPA. Never in my short life have I come across something so incredibly annoying, stupid, and enraging. Congress as become a huddling mass of idiots who do not care about the American public's right to free speech. The only drawback that our Constitution has is the First Amendment's lack of including internet posts, articles and other information as freedom of the press.

Dear congress,

Kill SOPA, you idiots. Whoever came up with it should be in shackles.

Sincerely,
